EA has yet to share much information about the feature and how in-depth players can go. However, it was revealed that you can design uniforms, helmets, fields and a logo.
These programs can then be uploaded for use in Play Now and Dynasty. Players can also browse the download center to see teams created by the community and use them.
Unfortunately, players cannot use their custom schools in online Dynasty or online Head to Head, as the feature is only available in offline game modes.

Previous EA college football games also had a TeamBuilder app that allowed new schools to be created away from the console. It's unclear if EA plans to bring it back for College Football 25.
College Football 25 officially launches worldwide on Friday, July 19 at midnight. ET.
We still know almost nothing about the new Team Builder. People at EA Sports have been very tight-lipped about it. There was nothing to test here. An update to the Team Builder website will be released on July 19 in conjunction with the worldwide launch of the game.
