Madden's favorite competitive game, Ultimate Team, is alive and well in CFB25. Functionally, it's exactly the same as MUT. It has the nice addition of more solo features for players who aren't interested in playing against real opponents.
If you're not familiar with how UT works, you can do challenges to earn players (or buy packs with real money) and then put together the best possible team you can. There are no restrictions on which teams players come from.
The goal is to take the best players from each position, regardless of school, and put them on the field together.
We still know almost nothing about the new Team Builder. People at EA Sports have been very tight-lipped about it. There was nothing to test here. An update to the Team Builder website will be released on July 19 in conjunction with the worldwide launch of the game.
