- Find a long-range weapon or spell that you can equip and do a lot of damage with. Anything with the Holy attribute is much stronger against this enemy, but any high damage weapon will work fine.
- Summon a tanky Spirit Ash that can take a beating before you start the fight.
- Get rid of the birds hanging around the arena before you start the boss fight.
- Hit a few times while the boss spawns, then retreat and let your summon draw aggro.
- Use your weapon or spell and make sure no enemies approach you.
- Be ready to summon Torrent to run away or dodge any sudden attacks from the boss.

A great option for a long-range weapon is the Bolt of Gransax, a lightning weapon that has an Ash of War with insane range. The Sacred Relic Blade is also good because of its Holy attribute, and any Holy spell that works at long range is a good choice.
